Terms and Conditions Shopping Cart Promotion 10/2026: Hey Marly

By participating in the giveaway, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions. This giveaway is in no way connected to Facebook and Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook and Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not available as contact partners for the giveaway. The organizer is Hey Marly GmbH.

Terms and Conditions

  • Participation is free of charge.
  • Natural persons aged 18 and over with a valid postal address are eligible to participate.
  • Participation with fake identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.
  • The giveaway is aimed at existing customers in Marly's Club. Only customers who have registered for Marly's Club and possess an account are eligible to participate.
  • Employees of Hey Marly GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  • Participation via sweepstakes clubs, entry services, or automated participation is excluded.
  • Each participant may only submit one order number (the most recent order).
  • To participate in the giveaway, the user must register for the giveaway during the promotion period via the following link https://baumuniuadaw.shop/pages/newsletter-gewinnspiel using their valid order number and a valid Instagram account via the registration form.

  • Participation is linked to a newsletter subscription. This consent must be provided via an additional double opt-in.
  • No product purchase is required to participate in the giveaway.
  • The giveaway begins on 09/10/2026 at 00:00 AM and ends on 11/10/2026 at 11:59 PM.
  • Prize: The prize is the reimbursement of one order placed during the aforementioned promotion period.
  • The random drawing of the winners will take place on 26/10/2026.
  • The winners will be notified via Instagram.
  • To provide the prize, the winners' personal data will be forwarded to Hey Marly.
  • Should the winners fail to respond within 5 business days, the prize will be drawn again and the entitlement to the prize will be forfeited.
  • If the prize cannot be assigned due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the participant’s entitlement to the prize will expire.
  • Hey Marly is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation or the drawing if there are valid reasons, such as a violation of these terms and conditions, manipulation, etc.
  • Reservation clause: Hey Marly reserves the right to end the giveaway at any time without prior notice if, for example, for technical reasons (viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons, a proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed.
  • Hey Marly assumes no liability for the occurrence of technical problems and/or malfunctions.
  • A cash payout of the prize is not possible.
  • Legal recourse is excluded.
  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any clause of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
  • Hey Marly reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
